Arachnophobic is inspired by the fall. The leaves change, harvest season is upon us, spiders coming inside as it's starting to get cold. With fall in mind and an eye toward the weird, we have mixed blood orange, black garlic, apples, dark chocolate together with some of the meanest peppers around including Trinidad scorpion, ghost pepper, and death spiral. Top it off with some real scorpion and tarantula for a limited edition treat. This sauce is hot, it's heavy with citrus and garlic. Fantastic on pizza, wings and pork.Â
