Just like a trip to the islands if the islands fought back. This Jamaican jerk inspired sauce has a velvety texture with raspberry, honey and plenty of jerk spices to bring you back to the beach. Carolina reaper, Jalapeno and Habanero bring the heat and it keeps coming. This is a very spicy sauce best suited for chicken, grilled pork and fresh fish dishes. Works well in stocks and soups.  

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, Peppers (Carolina Reaper, Habanero Red Bell pepper)  Raspberry,  Distilled white vinegar,Water, Garlic, Honey, Lime,  White Onion, Tomatillo, Spices, Jerk Spice
